Position Summary:
The Count Team Member is responsible for collecting funds and TITO tickets from gaming activity and counting them.
Note: Native American preference will be given.
Duties & Responsibilities:
- Perform the collection (drop) and count of Slot funds.
- Perform the count of KIOSK, Table Games and other financial areas assigned.
- Count currency.
- Maintains confidentiality of all information.
- Other duties as assigned.

Experience and Education:
- High School Diploma or Equivalent.
- Gaming industry experience preferred.
- Thorough knowledge of fundamental mathematics.
- Must be flexible and be able to work in a team environment.
Minimum Qualifications:
- High School Diploma or Equivalent.
- Ability to perform fast and accurate mathematical calculations.
- Ability to work closely with other team members.
- Ability to carry out oral and written instructions.
- Adhere to all safety guidelines.
- Adhere to company policies and procedures.
- Must be 21 years of age or older.
- Must be able to work flexible hours including overtime, holidays, nights and weekends.
- Must be able to obtain and retain a gaming license from the Pueblo of Tesuque Gaming Commission.
Supervisory Responsibilities:
None relating to this position at this time.
Physical Requirements:
While performing the duties of this job, the employee is required to stand and walk for extended periods. The employee occasionally is required to sit, stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl. The employee will be required to talk for extended periods and must be able to hear and understand. The employee must occasionally lift or move up to fifty (50) pounds. The incumbent occasionally exposed to loud noise, change in temperatures, and second-hand smoke.
Work Environment:
Work is generally performed in a casino setting with exposure to second-hand smoke and a high noise level. Due to the nature and scope of this position, evenings, weekends, holidays, and extended hours and irregular shifts will be required.
