As Sous Chef, you will be responsible for assisting the Executive Chef in managing the day-to-day operations of the kitchen, while ensuring the highest standards of quality and presentation. Key Responsibilities:

• Assist the Executive Chef in overseeing daily kitchen operations, including food and labor cost management.
• Lead our culinary team in event planning, scheduling, food preparation, quality control, and adherence to safety and sanitation standards.
• Provide guidance and mentorship to maintain high standards of performance and foster a positive work atmosphere.
• Directly manage Cooks, Prep Cooks, and Kitchen Managers, ensuring efficient workflow and compliance with company policies.
• Conduct training sessions, assign tasks, and resolve any issues that arise in accordance with organizational guidelines.

• Formal culinary training or an associate degree in culinary arts required.
• Minimum of 3 years' experience as a Sous Chef in both a la carte and banquet operations.
• Proficiency in high-volume cooking environments.
• Background check, Class 12 Mixologist Permit, and Washington State Food Worker Card required upon hire.
