Slot Technician

This position is located in the Pacific Northwest.

Slot Technician is responsible for providing quality service to guests in the slot area, responding to technical service calls, and helping to keep the gaming floor clean and organized.

ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS:

  • Responsible for troubleshooting machines and performing general maintenance tasks and repairs, including electronic and mechanical component repair.
  • Install, remove, convert and swap slot machines when needed.
  • Respond to floor calls during shift. 
  • Maintain good working relations with all levels of the organization.
  • Training new and current team member as designated.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Ability to communicate effectively with Guests, Team Members, and Management in both written and verbal form. 
  • Must have a working knowledge of electrical circuitry in order to read and interpret schematics.
  • Must be capable of using various electronic test equipment and power tools. 
  • Ability to obtain/renew all government required licenses or certifications. 
  • Must be 21 years of age.

EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE:

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • 3 years of experience is a plus.

PHYSICAL, MENTAL AND WORK ENVIRONMENT:

  • Requires normal, corrective vision range, the ability to see color and the ability to distinguish letters, numbers and symbols. 
  • Manual dexterity to operate job related equipment. 
  • Work is typically in an area which may be noisy and may contain secondhand smoke. 
  • Ability to climb, bend, reach, pull up to 35 pounds, walk and stand for the duration of the shift. 
  • Performance of job duties will require standing, walking, lifting, reaching, pushing, pulling and grasping. These tasks include the maintenance and care of assigned area.
  • Constant contact with fellow team members and guests.
  • This position is located in the Pacific Northwest.
  • This position will require travel and possible relocation.
