We’re looking for a skilled Facilities Technician Lead to oversee and perform crucial maintenance tasks, ensuring our building systems operate at peak efficiency. In this role, you'll lead a dedicated team, manage diverse repairs, and support specialized projects that keep our operations running smoothly. What You'll Do:

• Lead and guide a team of technicians while assigning and assisting with tasks.
• Perform routine maintenance on HVAC, refrigeration, boilers, and electrical systems.
• Lead preventative maintenance programs for facility equipment and infrastructure.
• Manage key control systems and oversee locksmith duties as needed.
• Collaborate with external contractors and ensure compliance with codes and standards.
• Contribute to specialized projects, including construction and carpentry.

• High school diploma or equivalent; certification or trade school completion preferred.
• At least four years in a facilities maintenance role, with leadership experience.
• Technical expertise in one or more trades: construction, plumbing, electrical, HVAC, or locksmithing.
• Familiarity with safety standards and facility maintenance best practices.
• Valid driver's license and acceptable driving record. 
• Must pass a pre-employment background check.
