Delaware North Parks and Resorts is hiring a seasonal Data Entery Clerk to join our team at Yellowstone General Stores for the 2025 season in West Yellowstone, Montana. What will you do?

  • Accurately enter data from itemized invoices into the inventory tracking system Net Suite and match invoices to data entered
  • Process 3-way match paperwork and track credits in and out of grocery
  • Follow up with vendors and receivers
  • Research data entry issues and problem solving
  • Assist with cost and retail price changes
  • Perform other duties assigned

More about you

  • Highly proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Proficient in inventory tracking systems
  • Experience in Net Suite highly preferred
  • Detail oriented with superior organizational skills
  • Previous knowledge of merchandise receiving procedures preferred
  • Accounting background preferred
  • Good communication skills

  • Ability to sit for extended periods
  • Visual acuity
