What will you do?

  • Recruit and evaluate non-profit groups to staff concessions at Target Field, ensuring they meet all required criteria and qualifications
  • Coordinate and deliver training for NPO groups, focusing on compliance with alcohol and sanitation regulations, guest service standards, and technical requirements
  • Organize and lead ballpark tours and recruitment events, both onsite and offsite, to engage prospective groups
  • Maintain organized records of non-profit group contacts, event participation, and training completion, preparing necessary reports for event days and commission compensation
  • Serve as the primary liaison for non-profit groups, ensuring alignment with company policies and providing ongoing support to enhance their experience

More about you

  • Must be self-motivated, able to work without direct supervision, and eager to be challenged and initiate projects and opportunities
  • Basic math skills; ability to accurately account for inventory
  • Must be able to work evenings, weekends, nights, and holidays
  • Previous sales or recruiting experience and managing teams preferred
  • Previous experience with non-profit organizations preferred
