As an HR Training Specialist, you will be at the forefront of training and developing our talented team members across Table Games, Poker, and Sportsbook. Your role will be instrumental in delivering core departmental training sessions that meet the highest standards set by the gaming industry. You will create and facilitate training programs, provide mentorship, and ensure that all team members possess the skills needed to succeed in a high-paced, exciting gaming environment.

• Training & Development: Prepare and conduct engaging training sessions, including all aspects of Table Games, Poker, and Sportsbook, ensuring compliance with all gaming rules and regulations.
• Collaborate & Lead: Work alongside the HR Training Manager to revise training outlines, schedule sessions, and maintain training materials. Offer mentorship and guidance to new and current team members.
• Performance Management: Evaluate and test trainees to ensure their readiness to meet department standards, helping them improve through feedback and continuous learning.
• Engage & Inspire: Foster an atmosphere of enthusiasm, respect, and professional growth, aligning team goals with company objectives.
• Administrative Support: Maintain training records, manage training budgets, and assist with training logistics, ensuring seamless operations.

• Experience: At least 3 years of supervisory experience in Table Games, with a deep knowledge of all Table Games (including craps) and Poker. Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience in the gaming industry.
• Passion for Training: Ability to inspire and elevate others, share knowledge effectively, and ensure that training aligns with both team and company goals.
