The opportunity

Delaware North’s Patina Restaurant Group is seeking an experienced Multi-Unit Campus General Manager to lead and oversee multiple businesses, ensuring exceptional service and operational excellence. This role will oversee Maria and Enzo’s Ristorante, Enzo’s Hideaway, Pizza Ponte, and The Edison, all located within a well-known theme park in Orlando, Florida. As the Campus General Manager, you will be responsible for driving success across these diverse establishments, maintaining the highest standards of food, wine, and service. Your leadership will inspire teams, optimize business performance, and create memorable guest experiences. You will leverage your expertise in managing people, processes, budgets, and expenses to ensure efficiency and profitability across all locations.

Pay

Minimum – Anticipated Maximum Base Salary: $104,100 – $140,500 / year

In addition to base salary, we offer an annual bonus plan based on company and individual performance, or a role-based, uncapped sales incentive plan. What will you do?

  • Manage day-to day-restaurant operations with a strong focus on guest satisfaction. 
  • Review financial statements and other performance data to measure productivity, goal achievement and determine areas that need cost reduction and program improvement. 
  • Carry out administrative duties such as scheduling of team members, workforce planning, training, sales tracking, labor tracking, petty cash, deposits, inventories, ordering, account payables and receivables, and PL accounting.
  • Establish standard operating procedures for supervising, inspiring, and motivating all front of the house team members. 
  • Oversee standard operating procedures for the front and back of the house for food and menu specifications, food handling, food safety requirements in compliance with Health Department standards, receiving, and storage procedures. 

More about you

  • A minimum of 3 years of experience as a General Manager in full-service ala carte rhigh volume restaurant, capacity, and expectation of service.
  • Strong financial and computer skills with experience working with and understanding PL’s, service and labor cost budget monitoring and management. 
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays in addition to normal business hours, as needed.
  • Must have strong communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills to deal effectively with all types of business contacts, employee affairs, and customers.
  • Ability to navigate and utilize Microsoft Office Suite programs, point of sale systems, and online or digital reservation systems. 
  • No degree required.
  • Servsafe, Food Safety Handler, and Training for Intervention Procedures certifications preferred but not mandatory
