Pay

Minimum – Anticipated Maximum Base Salary: $104,100 – $140,500 / year

In addition to base salary, we offer an annual bonus plan based on company and individual performance, or a role-based, uncapped sales incentive plan. The advertised pay range represents what we believe at the time of this job posting, that we would be willing to pay for this position. Only in special circumstances, where a candidate has education, training, or experience that far exceeds the requirements for the position, would we consider paying higher than the stated range. What will you do?

  • Develop, analyze, and interpret financial information to appraise operating results
  • Direct financial profit and loss and cash flow statement reporting based on past, present, and future operations
  • Oversee the execution of financial related projects and system implementation
  • Review audit findings and assist in the development of action plans and enforcement of solutions
  • Direct the cage department operational needs, control requirements, procedural efficiencies, and resolution of guest complaints

More about you

  • Bachelor’s degree in accounting, business administration, or related field
  • Minimum of 10 years of experience in finance and accounting, with a minimum of 5 years in a financial management role as controller or director
  • Previous Casino experience preferred
  • Experience with compliance reporting
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and ability to learn internal financial software required
  • Ability to obtain and retain a West Virginia Gaming Commission license
