SUMMARY

We are seeking a detail-oriented and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Pull-Tab Cashier. This position is responsible for managing all guest transactions within the pull-tab area. Balancing multiple bank drawers,  organizational skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment are essential.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES OF THE POSITION:

• Set up all pull-tab games prior to sale, ensuring readiness and compliance with regulations.
• Maintain all appropriate account records for the sales of all pull-tab games.
• Handle Guest transactions at the pull-tab booth efficiently and professionally.
• Maintain a comprehensive knowledge of all pull-tab game options and effectively communicate these to guests in a clear and courteous manner.
• Must adhere to policies or performance of duties to ensure ongoing Title 31/BSA compliance.
• Must possess a friendly and courteous personality when interacting with guests.
• Promote positive Guest relations.
• Knowledge of Department and Company internal controls, policies and procedures.
• Any and all other duties as assigned.

EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE:

• Prior money handling experience preferred.

COMPETENCIES:

• Must be able to secure license from Gaming Regulatory Authority and follow all relevant DGR’s.
