The opportunity

Delaware North’s Patina Restaurant Group is seeking an exceptional and transformational leader to serve as the Food Beverage Director at Truist Park in Atlanta. This newly created position is ideal for a visionary, hands-on professional with a background in fine dining and luxury service environments, who is ready to lead change, set new standards of excellence, and deliver a world-class hospitality experience in a high-volume, high-expectation sports and entertainment venue.

This leader will be instrumental in implementing and elevating every step of service, ensuring consistency and excellence at all guest touchpoints. With a strong emphasis on client management and developing high-performing teams, the Food Beverage Director will be responsible for cultivating a guest-first culture that exceeds expectations and fosters loyalty. Guided by Patina’s legacy of culinary artistry, refined hospitality, and detail-driven experiences, this role demands a strategic, yet hands-on operator dedicated to redefining premium dining through top-tier service, operational innovation, and team leadership.

Pay

Minimum – Anticipated Maximum Base Salary: $84,200 – $113,700 / year

In addition to base salary, we offer an annual bonus plan based on company and individual performance, or a role-based, uncapped sales incentive plan. The advertised pay range represents what we believe at the time of this job posting, that we would be willing to pay for this position. Only in special circumstances, where a candidate has education, training, or experience that far exceeds the requirements for the position, would we consider paying higher than the stated range. What will you do?

  • Roll out and implement operational standards to elevate service and quality

    Act as a change agent, driving innovation and improvements across the restaurant

  • Lead the turnaround and rebuilding efforts, transforming underperforming areas into high-functioning operations
  • Set and communicate a clear vision for the restaurant’s future, aligning the team with overarching goals 
  • Establish accountability standards to ensure consistent performance and excellence
  • Monitor progress and hold team members accountable to achieve desired outcomes 

More about you

  • A minimum of five years of experience in hospitality management preferably at a director level
  • Familiar with various software applications, including Microsoft Office Suite and point-of-sale systems
  • Established assessment and decision-making skills with proven ability to build relationships and influence at all levels of the organization
  • Previous experience in large-scale hospitality or related industry preferred
  • Bachelor’s degree in business, hospitality, or related field preferred but not mandatory
