Duties will also include giving tours of the facility, maintaining the cleanliness of the facility, ensuring appointments begin and end as scheduled, assisting guests inside the spa, serving refreshments, and continuous stocking and preparation for guest needs on the male side of the spa.

The purpose of the Technician - Maintenance I is to provide general maintenance to interior and exterior areas of the property including grounds keeping, and general labor assignments. The primary responsibility of the Technician - Maintenance IV is to operate and maintain property machinery, HVAC and mechanical equipment in addition to providing general maintenance property-wide. The primary responsibility of the Specialist - Cleaning is to clean all public areas of the property as assigned and to assist guests with questions as needed. The primary responsibility of the Officer – Security Drop Team is to provide for the safety and protection of guests, team members, and company property. Anticipate potential problems and seek ways to prevent disruption, injuries, and prohibited conduct from occurring on company premises. Responds to emergency situations as requested and takes appropriate steps to rectify problems and at the same time minimize hotel/casino liability. Secures, moves, sorts and destroys disposable gaming equipment. The primary responsibility of the Supervisor - Beverage is to manage the daily operations of the beverage outlets, Bartenders and Bar Porter staff during their assigned shift. Duties include but are not limited to supervising, delegating and working with service personnel to ensure high quality of beverage service, proper beverage and labor costs, and a safe, sanitary environment. Will be required to train and develop Bartenders and Bar Porter service staff. The primary responsibility of the Manager – Beverage Operationsis to oversee the Shift Managers - Beverage and Supervisors - Beverage as they manage the daily operations of the beverage staff during their assigned shift. Duties include but are not limited to managing, supervising, delegating and working with service personnel to ensure high quality of beverage service, proper beverage and labor costs, and a safe, sanitary environment. The primary responsibility of the Clerk - Inventory Control is to perform assigned tasks including ensuring the accuracy of inventory counts and amounts. All duties are to be performed in accordance with departmental and Wind Creek Bethlehem LLC (“Wind Creek”) policies, practices, and procedures.
The primary responsibility of the Dealer – Table Games is to deal assigned table games while providing a superior gaming experience in a friendly environment. Assigned game must be dealt at the proper game pace and within all approved procedures including the proper paying and taking of wagers bet, in order to maximize company revenue.
