The VIP Casino Services Supervisor is responsible for the oversight of the day-to-day operation of VIP Casino Services under direction or the VIP Casino Services Manager. Accountable for providing unparalleled service to all internal and external guests. Be knowledgeable of all Casino, promotions and property happenings. Ensure that all guests’ needs are met at the end of each interaction. Reporting directly to the VIP Casino Services Manager.

Responsible for the guest’s overall experience as it pertains to their initial reservation process and maintaining the appearance of the RV Resort by performing cleaning and maintenance services. Ensure high standards of quality service are consistently maintained at the RV Resort. This position reports directly to the RV Manager and RV Supervisor.
Responsible for managing slot operations during an assigned shift, consistent with Pala business standards and the Pala mission statement. The individual has direct oversight of all aspects of daily slot operations functions while fostering strong Team Member and guest engagements. Perform all the duties of a Slot Shift Manager in the absences of the Slot Shift Manager.
Perform preventative maintenance on all slot machines and assist with basic duties on slot projects.
To repair, design and maintain component level electronic circuitry in gaming devices and for currency validators.
Responsible for all slot operations staff that you supervise. Monitor all aspects of staff performance especially as it impacts interaction with guests and gaming regulatory compliance. Understands the philosophy of the organization as set down by the administrators and works effectively within. Administers department policies and evaluates standards of performance. Maintains clear and open communications upward, downward and laterally. Act in relation to team members, guests and/or public in a manner consistent with the best interest of the organization. Functions as the Slot Shift Manager when required.

Monitor casino and associated areas via CCTV and direct observation to ensure compliance with laws, regulations, policy and procedures.
Supervises tower team members to ensure the Hotel and 4 star/4diamond Diamond standards are achieved and maintained. Responsible for organizing, planning, supervising and controlling of daily activities performed by your team members. Reporting directly to the Assistant Executive Housekeeper – Tower.
To assist in coordination of cleaning all public areas, offices, restrooms and meeting rooms throughout the entire Casino complex as needed. Reports directly to Casino supervisor.
To provide accurate database input and maintenance to the Human Resources Department utilizing HRIS Must possess excellent computer skills with advanced working knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel.
