Delaware North Sportservice is hiring seasonal Luxury Suites Supervisor to join our team at Truist Park in Atlanta, Georgia. As a Luxury Suites Supervisor, you will be responsible for ensuring all food service and hospitality operations are efficiently carried out while providing an exemplary guest experience.

What will you do?

  • Oversee inventory of food and beverage items
  • Assist with the training and development of suite team members, ensuring all department standards are upheld
  • Maintain knowledge on new and returning Suite Holders and guests
  • Oversee assigned section to ensure exceptional guest service and assistwith guest inquires and complaints as they arise
  • Maintain a comprehensive knowledge of all menu items, ingredients, and preparations
  • Oversee check closeouts at the end of each night and ensure all final paperwork is completed/turned in
  • Inspect suites, kitchen, and storage areas to ensure that health and safety regulations are adhered to
  • Assist with overseeing the pantries, suites equipment, beverage service and other assigned tasks

More about you

  • Minimum of 2 years of previous supervisory experience in hospitality and high-volume dining experience preferred
  • Strong knowledge of food and wine
  • Basic knowledge of par levels and conducting inventory
  • Ability to problem solve and operate in a fast-paced environment
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including nights and weekends
  • No college degree required
  • Must obtain Cobb County Alcohol Permit before working

Physical requirements

  • Standing and walking for entire length of shift
  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
