The opportunity

Delaware North Sportservice is hiring part-time Uniform Administrators to join the team at Climate Pledge Arena in Seattle, Washington. As a Uniform Administrator, you will be responsible for distributing uniforms to our associates and assisting the Food Health and Safety Manager.

What will you do?

  • Meet and greet team members upon arrival at the uniform room
  • Assist team members with obtaining proper uniform for assigned work area
  • Support Health Safety manager with tasks assigned such as handing out and collecting uniforms, as well as administrative tasks
  • Organize and maintain clean work area including collecting uniforms that may be left in locker rooms placing in proper collection bins
  • Ensure uniforms are signed out keep sign out logs up to date for inventory purposes
  • Tracking which items belong to each department

More about you

  • Must be at least 18 years old
  • Able to work all home games throughout the season, including nights, weekends and holidays, as needed
  • Proficient in using Microsoft Excel and Word
  • Ability to work accurately, efficiently, and courteously in a high-pressure environment
  • High level of interpersonal and organizational skills required
  • Ability to prioritize and handle multiple tasks simultaneously

Physical requirements

  • Capacity to lift up to 30 pounds
  • Frequent standing, bending, walking, and lifting required
