Pay: $24.84 hourly starting, based on experience

Schedule: 2nd shift / Swing shift

Position type: On-site / Not Hybrid or Remote.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain detailed maintenance schedules for hardware and software applications.
• Assist in the preparation and installation of software and peripheral devices.
• Monitor and manage inventory of equipment and supplies.
• Apply and adhere to administrative and organizational internal controls for continuous compliance.
• Exercise judgment in resolving equipment failures, error conditions, and software issues.
• Provide management with recommendations for acquiring new, additional, or replacement equipment.
• Coordinate equipment and software installation and maintenance activities with operations to ensure minimal disruption to IT communications and systems.

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Two or more years of experience in computer operations OR certification from a technical school OR related experience and/or training.
• Experience with Windows Server operations, Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, VoIP phone systems, POS solutions, Player Tracking Systems, Basic Routing and Switching, and Basic Hardware and Ethernet Standards.
