This position is responsible for developing, submitting, and managing all Corporate Gaming related projects to ensure compliance prior to and after project execution. Oversees and ensures that all Slot machine software and Slot master data is in compliance and within set parameters. This position works closely with the Tribal Gaming Office to resolve issues and interfaces with Slot machine manufacturers' gaming compliance regarding game software, new technologies, and/or other any other areas, as well as demonstrating the GILA WAY.
Essential Duties And Responsibilities
include the following. Other duties may be assigned.
- Promotes and provides excellent guest service experience to both internal and external guests.
- Coordinates and assists casino gaming operations regarding all Tribal Gaming Office regulatory gaming device installations and compliance requirements.
- Prepares project correspondence and disclosures for approval by senior executives.
- Develops and maintains policies and procedures for the Corporate Gaming Department to ensure compliance with internal control requirements.
- Conducts and manages analysis and operational audits of gaming devices to ensure all games are in compliance with internal control requirements.
- Ensures all information within the Slot master file is current, accurate, and updated on a consistent and accurate basis.
- Manages day-to-day operational aspects of projects.
- Makes recommendations resulting from project data for action by senior executives.
- Creates and updates Auto Cad Maps for all gaming projects.
- Interfaces with Gaming, Tribal, Manufacturer, and Audit agencies.
- Maintains a dependable work attendance record with extremely infrequent absences and/or lateness.
- Performs other special projects and duties as assigned.
Supervisory Responsibilities
This position does not have direct supervisory responsibilities, but indirectly influences enterprise employees in their performance.

Education And/Or Experience
- High School Diploma or equivalent required. Bachelor's degree in Computer Information Systems, Computer Science, Engineering, or Business Administration preferred.
- Five (5) years experience in gaming and/or regulatory management.
- Regulatory experience specific to Arizona jurisdiction.
- Experience and possess vast knowledge of the enforcement of the AZ Gaming Compact and associated appendices to include adopted GLI Technical standards.

- Must possess strong attention to detail and excellent guest service skills, strong telephone etiquette, a self-starter with the ability to follow-up and complete tasks in a timely manner with minimum supervision.
- Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships as well as to gain the cooperation of guests and fellow team members.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both written and oral.
- This position must have, or an ability to acquire within one year, an in-depth knowledge and thorough understanding of Enterprise Policies and Procedures, governmental regulations, and technical rules relevant to their responsibilities.
