Essential Duties And Responsibilities

  • Provide outstanding customer service to guests and all other employees by exceeding our mission statement.
  • Deliver our Five Star Experience to Guests and all Team Members by embodying our Mission Statement and Service Promise while adhering to department service standards. This entails consistency performing our service expectations of: Welcoming, Proactive, Seamless, Personalized and Valued.
  • Assists with the operations of all preroll manufacturing and infusionequipment.
  • Complete daily production tasks set forth by the Preroll & Sift Lead or ManufacturingManager.
  • Operates of the pre-roll machine, conducting quality control checks on each pre-roll before packaging.
  • Keep all strains organized and labeledaccordingly.
  • Perform visual quality control inspections of flowerproduct.
  • Loads Pre-roll machine with supplies, minimizing wasted time and material.
  • Weigh, Pack, Fold, Tub and band tubs for each strain until completed.
  • Produce top tier quality pre-rolls in various sizes as directed.
  • Transfer finished product to designated rack forlabeling.
  • Assists in the Preroll production processes such as operating PR-200, PR-Line, Infusion Sprayer,etc.
  • Maintain a clean and safe work environmentdaily.
  • Contributes to optimism and support the team environment in a way that elevates morale, sharing concerns with management team when needed.
  • Analyzes and troubleshoots technical issues with industrial machinery and equipment.
  • Performs routine maintenance and repairs on machinery.
  • On occasion you may be asked to cross train or help in other departments/positions (Trim/Manure, Post-Harvest,Packaging).
  • Maintains batches and keeps records of manufactured producedproducts.
  • Able to work independently and as a team to carry out assignments to completion within parameters of instructions given, prescribed routines, and standard accepted practices.
  • Observing all required PPE requirements while producingpre-rolls.
  • Grinding pre-roll material in accordance with department policies andprocedures.
  • Ensure production deadlines and quotas are beingmet.
  • Work with flower processing (trimming/sorting) department to ensure scheduling of production based on smalls/trimavailability.
  • Operate Cryo-Sifting machinery to produce high graded quality products to use for preroll infusion and potential Rosinproduction.
  • Maintain production compliance based offregulations.
  • Ensure clean workspace and effective safe workingenvironment.
  • Assists in developing preroll, flower packaging, and sift/rosin Standard Operating Procedures and best practices with Manufacturing and Post ProductionDirector.
  • Ensures proper storage of Finished Goods and packaging.
  • Maintain Quality Management System checks to ensure Quality Control/Quality Assurance compliance.
  • Using automated operating equipment to complete tasks.
  • Adhere to all local, state, and federal regulations pertaining to floriculture cultivation during the manufacturingphase.
  • Monitor and report on the health of plants during the flowering phase, helping to identify and address issues related to pests, diseases, and nutrientimbalances.
  • Participate in the harvesting process, following established procedures and contributing to the team's efforts.
  • Assist in recording and documenting relevant data related to the department'sactivities.
  • Ensure compliance with all Minimum Internal Control Standards (MICS) as well as all Tribal Internal Control Standards(TICS).
  • Present a positive image of the Tribal organization to its guests and vendors and to assist them as required.
  • Must follow all safety policies and procedures and attend all scheduled safety meetings and training as a condition ofemployment.
  • Perform any other duties that may be assigned from time totime.

Supervisory Responsibilities

This job does not require supervisory duties.

Education And Experience (Must Be Documented)

  • High School Diploma (orGED) preferred.
  • Previous experience in cultivation or a related field preferred, but notrequired.
  • Willingness to learn and work as part of ateam.
  • Attention to detail and a strong workethic.
  • Effective communicationskills.
  • Knowledge of compliance regulations related to the industry is aplus.

Certification, Licenses And Any Additional Requirements

  • Must be 21 years of age orolder.
  • Must pass periodic random drugscreens.
  • Must be able to pass background suitabilityinvestigation.
  • Must obtain all other applicable certifications andlicenses.
  • Must provide proof of eligibility to work in the United States within 72 hours ofemployment.

Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception and ability to adjust focus. Employee may be occasionally required to work in low light conditions,and may be exposed to loud noise for extended periods.

  • Surveillancecamerasandaudioequipmentmonitorthepremisesrecordingactivitythroughoutmostof the facilities on 24 hours per day, 7 days per weekbasis.
