Position Summary

Under general direction of the Executive Director of Human Resources or their designee, performs general duties/activities associated with line level positions and completes assigned special projects. The Intern will be assigned to a property department(s) that will provide practical experience that contributes to the Intern’s success in their program of study. In addition, the Intern will be responsible for reporting their activities and skills/knowledge gained in the form of a business written report, as well as create and present a presentation at the end of the internship utilizing Enterprise multimedia programs.

will be from May 1, 2025 to August 31, 2025. The start date may vary based on date of the issuance of a gaming license. Navajo Nation Gaming Enterprise is a fast-paced, exciting business of the Navajo Nation. Minimum Qualifications

Must be currently pursuing a full-time college degree in business, hospitality or gaming related field. Able to work and live in Flagstaff, AZ, Gallup, NM, or Farmington, NM, and able to travel to various NNGE properties. Employee must be 21 years of age or older. Must be able to successfully pass a pre-employment drug/alcohol screen, background investigation, obtain and maintain gaming license. Navajo preference.
