Responsible for ensuring all locking devices and related hardware are in excellent working conditions to support property security. To maintain a detailed up-to-date key assignment inventory and control.

  • Ability to operate key cutting machine.
  • Ability to operate the HPC 1200CMB, PRO-LOK Blue Punch and RYTAN RY 100 key cutting machines.
  • Ability to administer and operate the SAFLOK MT series program and associated hardware.
  • Must be familiar Hermes engraver or similar.
  • Must be familiar with Microsoft EXEL, Microsoft Office and Microsoft Outlook.
  • Basic familiarization with ADA, fire and safety codes.
  • High School Diploma or equivalent required.

Essential Job Functions:

  • Adjust and calibrate key cutting equipment.
  • Duplicate keys.
  • Keep accurate records regarding key control.
  • Repair panic hardware, cylindrical locks and desk locks.
  • Install and repair door closures.
  • Perform basic engraving tasks.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.
