- Provide outstanding customer service to guests and all other employees by exceeding our mission statement: “We are here for the guest. Period”
- Manage and facilitates Brand Online Reputation Management protocol when replying to all inquiries on social media platforms.
- Program, manage, and maintain event pages on Facebook and local event calendars on a monthly basis.
- Facilitate the training of entry level graphic designers, existing designers, and applicable team members.
- Support the marketing department's initiatives with the planning, executing, and tracking of marketing programs such as email, event, social media, or content marketing.
- Independently coordinate marketing and community events, including overseeing logistics, managing registrations, coordinating with vendors, creating itineraries, and ordering marketing collateral.
- Coordinate product, event, or content email marketing campaigns, including copy, scheduling, testing, and database management.
- Create, proofread, and edit copy for various marketing channels, ensuring consistent voice and proper grammar.
- Assist with developing and managing content and social media marketing programs, including blogs and public relations efforts.
- Evaluate and monitor campaign performance on an ongoing basis by analyzing key metrics and creating comprehensive reports.
- Manage relationships with external vendors to ensure high-quality and timely execution of marketing programs, and to ensure competitiveness.
- Develop, implement and manage our social media strategy.
- Define most important social media KPIs.
- Write, copy, and work with designers to ensure content is informative and appealing.
- Manage and oversee social media content with approval from Marketing Manager.
- Measure the success of every social media campaign.
- Keep abreast of the latest social media best practices and technologies.
- Use social media marketing tools such as Sprout Social.
- Communicate with industry professionals and influencers via social media to create a strong network.
- Coordinate digital marketing initiatives including: emails, newsletters, website management, creating graphics, organizing digital assets and more.
- Lead and manage all email and newsletter initiatives.
- Create graphics and handle basic photography tasks.
- Organize and manage various digital assets.
- Maintain current working knowledge of all graphics software options and capabilities.
- Maintain current working knowledge of all digital advertising trends and techniques.
- Provides excellent guest service.
- Must comply with all applicable Spotlight 29 Band of Mission Indians Internal Controls, Standard Operating Procedures and all Tribal Regulations.
- Must be capable of presenting a positive image of the Casino to its guests and vendors and to assist them as required.
- Must follow all safety policies and procedures and attend all scheduled safety meetings and training as a condition of employment.
- Perform any other duties that may be assigned from time to time.

Education And Experience (Must Be Documented)
- Must possess a high school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in a similar digital marketing role
- Relevant experience including CMS, SEO, PPC, e-marketing, social media and analytics
- Knowledge of current online marketing trends and best practice
- Four (4) plus years of dedicated experience in design, development and programming on Photoshop and related design products
- Experience with social media marketing communication
- Knowledge of digital marketing trends
- Awareness of social and cultural trends
- Understanding how online media works
- Strategy planning
- Community management and engagement
- Organization skills, proactive, creative thinking, writing, editing, SEO and optimizing content, photography, video, video editing, visual Ideation/Creative problem solving, MAC OS, Adobe Creative Suite, Web Design, and Email Marketing.
- Excellent written communication skills
Certification, Licenses And Any Additional Requirements
- Must pass periodic random drug screens
- Must be able to pass background suitability investigation
- Must obtain a Tribal Gaming License
- Must provide proof of eligibility to work in the United States within 72 hours of employm ent

Typically, the individual will be housed in an office environment. The noise level in the work environment is usually moderate, but will escalate when located in the casino environment.

- The Casino is open 24 hours per day, seven (7) days per week; therefore, you must be flexible to work any and all shifts.
- The Casino is a gaming facility.
- The Casino is not a smoke-free environment.,
- Be aware that surveillance cameras and audio equipment monitor the premises recording activity throughout the facility on a 24-hour, 7 – day per week basis.
