Provides efficient, courteous service to guests.
Principal Duties & Responsibilities
Monitors guests’ needs on a continual basis, ensuring all requests are promptly filled. Performs as a team with other servers to provide Rocking guest service.
Performs all necessary side work. Polishing and rolling silverware, restocking items such as condiment’s, filling salt and pepper shakers, cutting lemons, etc.
Performs as a team with other rockers to produce a smoothly run function.
Performs bus person duties to clear tables when guests have completed their meals.
Assists with opening and closing the functions according to prescribed specifications.
Performs all necessary tasks to service guests, such as taking and filling all food and drink orders whenever necessary, and maintaining the venue in a clean and neat manner.
Maintains all proper sanitation practices.
Maintains knowledge of property information, including memorabilia.
Abides to Freeman Standards.
Knows hours of operation and prices of daily buffets and current promotions.
Knows food products, food promotions, and food available on buffet stations.
Completes assigned side work duties; use of supplies, cleaning and organizing assigned areas.
Returns any lost and found articles to supervisor immediately.

Knowledge, Skills, And Abilities Required
A. Knowledge: The level of education, experience, and training an individual must have at minimum to be considered qualified for the position.
B. Skills: Specific skills such as computer usage, communication, 10-key touch, etc.
C. Abilities: The physical components of the job and how the physical aspect is accomplished. Does the position require LIFTING 50 pounds, or does it require one to MOVE 50 pounds. Can the 50 pounds be moved using a dolly or cart? (Examples: climbing, balancing, stooping, kneeling, crouching, crawling, reaching, handling, fingering, feeling, talking, hearing, tasting, smelling, color vision, etc.)
High School diploma general education (GED).
Experience preferred, but will train or promote willing individual.
Must be able to work flexible hours and shifts.
Must have basic mathematical skills. Must be able to add, subtract, multiply and divide in all units of measure.
Must be very detailed oriented.
Must project a professional and positive image.
Must have a high level of energy
Excellent interpersonal skills.
Must be able to work all shifts, weekends, holidays, & special events (Banquet) as needed.
Training
All employees are required to complete mandatory compliance training within thirty (30) days of hire date, then annually thereafter. Training marked with an asterisk below must be completed prior to reporting to their respective work area. The below courses are required for this position:
