Job Overview: Manages the food services operation of multiple outlets to ensure a pleasant guest experience and efficient, cost-effective operations. Objective is guest retention to support casino. Responsible for meeting financial goals of assigned outlets.

Job Requirements:

  • Must be 21 years of age or older.
  • Demonstrated leadership skills including any combination of post-high school restaurant education and restaurant management experience to equal seven years.

Mystic Lake Casino located in Prior Lake, MN. Mystic Lake offers a luxurious hotel, an indoor atrium pool and seven unique restaurants, including an award-winning buffet. Mystic Lake is conveniently located 25 minutes from downtown Minneapolis, Mall of America and the airport. The 125,000 square foot casino features 4,000 slots and 100 table games.

In 2018, Mystic Lake opened Mystic Lake Center, a new event space and hotel tower.
