Are you passionate about maintaining pristine golf courses and ensuring an exceptional experience for golfers? As a Greenskeeper  II, you’ll play a key role in maintaining the beauty and playability of our course. From operating specialized equipment to assisting with course construction and maintenance projects, you’ll help create a welcoming environment for golfers of all skill levels.

Key Responsibilities:

• Operate small hand-powered equipment and larger machinery, including tractors, fairway units, and walking mowers.
• Perform maintenance tasks such as bunker upkeep, ball washer care, and fluid level checks for equipment.
• Assist with golf course construction projects, including preparing soil bases, laying sod, and seeding greens, tees, and fairways.
• Safely and effectively operate trucks, light motorized equipment, string trimmers, edgers, and backpack blowers.
• Ensure all equipment is properly cleaned, maintained, and returned to designated storage areas.
• Promote a culture of respect, teamwork, and professional growth among team members.
• Maintain effective communication with guests and team members to ensure a high-quality experience.
• Follow all safety protocols to ensure a safe work environment for yourself and others.

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• At least one year of related experience and/or training, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Experience in turf maintenance is strongly preferred.
• Familiarity with golf course equipment and maintenance tasks is a plus.
• Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions and perform physical tasks.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to maintaining course standards.
