Summary
Arcade Attendants at Little Creek Casino Resort are responsible for providing exceptional guest service, maintaining a fun and exciting atmosphere, and ensuring the satisfaction of all guests. They assist guests in various areas of the arcade and uphold the high standards of quality guest service.
Essential Duties And Responsibilities
- Greet and respond to guests in a friendly and positive manner with a sense of urgency.
- Collect payment for Arcade games and report any payment discrepancies.
- Conduct redemption inventory and ensure game displays are fully stocked.
- Responsible for the cleanliness of the game displays and Arcade location.
- Perform minor repairs on games and explain their operation to guests.
- Notify Game Technicians of any machine errors and return game play credits to guests.
- Report any game malfunctioning or repair requests to the department manager.
- Actively engage with and assist guests throughout their visit.
- Pay attention to detail, focus on guests, and understand basic game and simulator operations.
- Observe, instruct, and monitor guests for safety and adherence to guidelines.
- Assist with guest recovery and promptly notify management to ensure positive guest experiences.
- Maintain a constant working knowledge of products, policies, and procedures.
- Communicate clearly and professionally while interacting enthusiastically with guests and co-workers.
- Perform opening, running, and closing department duties as assigned.
