The Director, IT Gaming and Hospitality is responsible for the effective and efficient operations and support of all third party and internally managed Gaming and Hospitality systems used to support the business across the enterprise. This role can include but is not limited to the support of environments like Hospitality, Gaming, Cash Access, Table Games, Retail, Food & Beverage and more. As a member of the IT leadership team, this role contributes to the development and execution of the technology strategy. It ensures its alignment with the enterprise's IT and business strategy, and the delivery of capabilities required to achieve tribal and business success.
Under the direction of the Director of Wardrobe, the Wardrobe Manager is responsible for the successful expansion, management and operation of the enterprise-wide centralized uniform program. This position proactively manages the alignment of all stakeholders in regard to uniform production and wardrobe operations. This strategic leader understands the corporate drivers for success and leverages leading best practices to promote essential standards of excellence.
With a focus on helping San Manuel Tribal families and citizens, the Tribal Wellness Educator provides a range of activities and programs within the department that are intended to have a positive effect on the health and well-being of the community. Reporting to the Director of Tribal Family Services, the Tribal Wellness Clinician provides support and services that have been identified to meet the physical, mental, and psychosocial needs of the Tribal Community while maintaining the strictest confidentiality in compliance with applicable law. The Tribal Wellness Clinician supports and provides services to the Tribal Citizens, which may include; receiving and making calls to Tribal Citizens, providing resources, responding to crisis’ and triaging their needs. This may also include providing wellness checks and/or providing case management, home visits, and meetings with citizens. The Tribal Wellness Clinician works to assist in connecting and coordinating the community with private and public agencies to provide services through a referral network that is reputable, vetted and subject/service appropriate. The Tribal Wellness Clinician also engages in providing prevention/early intervention (PEI) services to the community.
Reporting to the Manager, Human Resources, the Senior People Partner will provide exceptional customer support to all levels of the enterprise workforce in support of the Tribe’s vision, mission, and values. The Senior People Partner will play a critical role on the HR team to drive performance that aligns with the enterprise’s human capital strategy and will serve in an operational lead capacity, providing guidance to the People Partners on employee life cycle matters, employee retention and engagement, organizational design and workforce planning, employee and labor relations, and core management issues. This role will work in harmony and collaboration with internal HR stakeholders and stakeholders throughout the enterprise to drive a best in class team member experience.The Senior People Partner will promote a culture of accountability, lead others in adopting a coaching and development mindset while consistently role modeling behaviors that will reinforce the San Manuel Band of Mission Indians’ brand as the premier employer of choice. This role will require a “hands on” approach, one that understands that effective department, leader, and employee partnerships begin with building relationships as well as by being approachable and accessible to their clients.Working independently, as well as with a team, the Senior People Partner will provide accurate and timely HR information to HR leadership and San Manuel executive and operational leaders ensuring priorities are aligned with objectives, work cultures, legal requirements and HR programs/policies. The Senior People Partner promotes open communication at all levels to positively resolve issues while promoting and maintaining the integrity of the team member.
The San Manuel is a self-governing nation that has established tribally managed governmental units to enhance and support services on the San Manuel reservation. The San Manuel Tribal Gaming Commission (SMTGC) is the governmental unit created by tribal ordinance as the primary regulator of gaming within the San Manuel’s jurisdiction, including the Yaamava’ Resort & Casino. The SMTGC, which includes the Surveillance department, is responsible for maintaining legal and regulatory compliance, ensuring a high level of integrity, and safeguarding Tribal and Yaamava’ Resort & Casino assets.Under the direction of the Surveillance Systems Supervisor, the Senior Systems Administrator is responsible for the technical design, planning, implementation, and the highest level of performance tuning and recovery for mission critical systems. This role serves as a technical expert on systems administration in the deployment, configuration, security, monitoring, maintenance, and troubleshooting of the back end infrastructure in a large and complex-computing environment. The Senior Systems Administrator also investigates and analyzes the feasibility of system requirements and develops system specifications. The Senior Systems Administrator is also responsible for supporting Technical Surveillance leadership by mentoring, training and assisting other Surveillance Systems Administrators. Areas of responsibility include all surveillance systems at properties owned and operated by San Manuel including Yaamava’ Resort & Casino, and numerous San Manuel remote site locations.
Reporting to the Assistant Principal, the Physical Education (P.E.) Teacher models and teaches skills in physical fitness, health education, rhythms and dance, and individual, dual, or team sports to elementary students and youth in after school program to utilize courses of study adopted by the state of California. The P.E. Teacher plays an essential role in creating the foundation for physical and emotional well-being through physical activities.
San Manuel teachers play an essential role in creating the foundation of academic rigor and establishing culturally rich classrooms by upholding the school's mission, and values, aligned to the Tribe’s 2040 vision. Reporting to the Assistant Principal, the STEAM teacher models, delivers, and crafts rich student-centered learning experiences around Science, Technology, Engineering, Arts, and Math.The STEAM teacher works with existing instructional staff to strengthen instruction in all core content areas and assists in the development of the school’s Makerspace, STEAM program goals, and objectives consistent with the vision, mission, and values of the school.
Under the direction of the San Manuel Utility Authority (SMUA) General Manager, the Utility Analyst will provide high-level quality support services to ensure the efficient functioning of the Utility Authority. This Analyst is a skilled professional responsible for analyzing and optimizing utility operations, providing project management support, maintaining document control, and generating reports. The ideal candidate will have a strong analytical background, be self-motivated and an interest in a career in the utility industry.
Working under the direction of the VP Procurement, the Director Logistics and Fleet is responsible to build and execute the strategy for the logistics and fleet footprint and capabilities. This role works in partnership with executive leadership, business units, and vendors to understand needs and challenges and to execute successful strategic plans while ensuring best in class tactical execution. The Director, Logistics and Fleet is also responsible for leading and developing the logistics and fleet teams to deliver unparalleled service to internal and external customers.
Under the direction of the Sergeant, Department of Public Safety (DPS), the Public Safety Assistant I (PSA I) provides support to DPS. Work requires comprehensive knowledge of the organization and skill in working with security issues and follows security policies, procedures, and confidential matters. The PSA I is responsible for performing a broad range of duties and carrying out those responsibilities in a professional and confidential manner.

Systems include but not limited to; CCTV systems, and infrastructure, conduit bending, and installation, cable installation, termination, testing and certification of fiber optic cable, category cable, multi conductor and coaxial cable, weapons detection systems deployment, bag X-Ray scanner, support SMTGC hearings, and deploy or maintain trailered CCTV mobile units. Responsibilities include but not limited to installation, repair, and maintenance of these systems at properties owned and operated by San Manuel. Properties include but are not limited to, Yaamava' Resort & Casino Casino, Yaamava' Resort & Casino Hotel, Yaamava' Resort & Casino Retail, Yaamava' Resort & Casino Entertainment Venue, Yaamava' Resort & Casino Amenities, Yaamava' Resort & Casino Food & Beverage areas, San Manuel Reservation, and numerous San Manuel remote site locations. The Surveillance Technician reads and interprets system diagrams/schematics and is proficient in using tools and testing instruments, as tasks include performing and assisting with installation/uninstallation of components and infrastructure of Surveillance Department systems. The Surveillance Technician is also responsible for installation and cross connecting of Surveillance Department systems components such as servers, network switches, storage devices, and PC workstations, etc. This position also assists in the technical design, planning, implementation, and the highest level of performance and recovery for mission critical surveillance systems.

The Supervisor, Gaming Technical will mentor a dynamic team of gaming technology experts, fostering a culture of accountability and empowerment, with a focus on measurable outcomes, strategic problem-solving, and collaboration. This role plays a vital role in enhancing productivity and achieving exceptional results.
Under the direction of the Manager, Academic Acceleration, the Tutor (Part-Time), supports education specialists who support grades Pre-K through 12 in multiple subjects such as language arts, mathematics, science, social studies, and foreign language. The Tutor’s contributions ensure the quality of overall educational services, programs, and initiatives provided to San Manuel Tribal Citizens.
Under the direction of the Senior Manager, Information Technology (IT) Services, the Senior Enterprise Business Services Analyst is primarily responsible for providing operational, product, and technology services for the assigned Enterprise & Tribal departments, systems, and applications. This position strives to maximize the efficiency of our enterprise through the application of technology by partnering with assigned departments. In addition, the Senior Enterprise Business Services Analyst mentors other Business Analysts within the team and is the technical lead on large projects related to assigned departments and systems. The Senior Enterprise Business Services Analyst is a subject matter expert on several core systems that are assigned to the role.
The Marketing Analyst will provide insights and report on findings via data visualizations and stories derived from various sources related to marketing activities for the Marketing Department. By exploring market trends, competitors, potential and existing customers, the Marketing Analyst will help to foster a data driven environment through the creation of models and analysis that drive revenue, profit and engagement. This individual will coordinate with staff throughout the organization and external agencies to collect and retrieve data required for research projects.
