  The Vice President of Brand Marketing is responsible for the strategic leadership of all aspects of the Shared Values Marketing department with a primary focus on developing brand strategy based on target market guests and communicating the brand through external and internal channels.Reports to the Senior Vice President of Marketing.

• Tribal Operations Support Specialist - OTC (Technology/IT)

  Under the direction and supervision of Office of the Tribal Council (OTC) staff leadership, the Tribal Operations Specialist provides high-level operational services and ensures efficient functioning of the department and various tribal citizen led bodies.This role is a skilled professional with exceptional oral and written communication skills and is responsible for the calendar management, communication development, and documentation management in assigned areas such as Tribal Council, department operations, constitution implementation, and various tribal citizen or committees, subcommittees, working groups, and other subordinate governmental bodies.

• Sr. Project Manager, Construction (Development/Construction)

  Under the direction of the Director, Construction & Development, the Senior Project Manager, Construction and Development is responsible for the overall planning, coordination and direction for construction management activities on projects to ensure they are on time, budget, schedule, cost, and project performance to ensure the requirements for the contract. Projects may include large scale tribal, casino, hotel, entertainment, retail, restaurant, parking or other mixed-use venues. Will include major and minor remodels, property and office renovations and new construction projects within and related to the casino facilities and hotel properties. Responsible for assisting in the planning and direction of the day-to-day operations and long-term strategic direction of construction projects.

• Licensing Investigator (Security)

  Under the direction of the Supervisor, Licensing – Gaming Commission, the Licensing Investigator is responsible for conducting an extensive background investigation to determine the suitability of each applicant, under standards set forth by Federal, State and Tribal regulations. In order to make an informed decision, this role reviews all documentation and information obtained through the background process, generates a comprehensive report, and submits a recommendation for approval, denial or suspension of a gaming license.

• Compliance Technician Associate (Regulatory Compliance)

  Under the direction of the Supervisor, Gaming Technical, the Gaming Compliance Technician Associate utilizes technical knowledge to ensure game integrity, conducting preventive maintenance, machine evaluations, and software testing for compliance. Assists in regulatory compliance, security, and project completion while maintaining accurate regulatory records and conducting detailed observations of gaming machines for comprehensive analysis, supporting department efficiency.

• Compliance Technician (Regulatory Compliance)

  Under the direction of the Supervisor - Gaming Technical, the Compliance Technician I effectively troubleshoots and repairs issues to support game integrity, while helping coordinate regulatory actions and participating in technical projects.

• SEL Coordinator (Sales & Marketing)

  Reporting to the Principal, the SEL Coordinator creates therapeutic preventions and interventions for the purposes of fostering both positive mental health and learning environments for all students, pre-K through fifth grade and provides a wide range of school counseling services to children and families that include screening and assessment, individual and group counseling, collaboration with families, and peer groups. Collaborates with school leadership teams to plan and implement site-based support and works with or refers to other agencies as appropriate. Supports the development of a safe, successful learning environment and positive school culture in partnership with teachers, administrators, staff and families.The SEL Coordinator plays an essential role providing best in class counseling services for individuals with social, emotional, behavioral, or other needs that promote positive well-being. Assists students individually and in groups with their educational, social, and personal growth by upholding the school's mission, and values, aligned to the Tribe’s 2040 vision.

• STEAM Teacher (Administrative)

  Teachers play an essential role in creating the foundation of academic rigor and establishing culturally rich classrooms by upholding the school's mission, and values, aligned to the Tribe’s 2040 vision. Under the direction of the Assistant Principal, the STEAM teacher models, delivers, and crafts rich student-centered learning experiences around Science, Technology, Engineering, Arts, and Math.This role works with existing instructional staff to strengthen instruction in all core content areas and assists in the development of the school’s Makerspace, STEAM program goals, and objectives consistent with the vision, mission, and values of the school.

• Gaming Technical Supervisor (Table Games)

• Marketing - App Loyalty Marketplace Specialist (Sales & Marketing)

  Under the direction of the Supervisor, App Loyalty Marketing, the App Loyalty Marketplace Specialist is responsible for creating, executing, and optimizing marketing strategies, promotions, and content to increase Yaamava’ Resort & Casino’s Mobile App’s Marketplace engagements and loyalty. This includes creating Marketplace promotions and offers, identifying economy opportunities by creating reports and analyzing users and engagements, developing Marketplace features and user experience enhancement plans, and keeping the Marketplace up to date with content and products.This position is a key position on the Mobile & E-Commerce team that will work collaboratively and independently to ensure Mobile App Marketplace initiatives are executed strategically, efficiently, and timely, while producing positive casino revenue.

• K-9 Officer (Chefs/Kitchen)

  Under the direction of the Reservation Security Sergeant, the K-9 Officer is responsible for providing enhanced protection to the Tribal Council, the Executive Leadership Team, Tribal Citizens, employees, guests, and vendors of all San Manuel properties, On- and Off-Reservation. The K-9 Officer trains and develops a canine partner to provide various services. This role is - involved with the enforcement of laws, rules, and regulations applicable to State, Federal, and Tribal governments. This role with their canine partner, secures assigned areas, conducts investigations, collects evidence, and prepares appropriate reports. This highly trained team conducts specialized detection searches to support public safety operations. The K-9 Officer also collaborates, initiates, and supports opportunities with other functions and external agencies by championing the goals and priorities of the Tribe in a manner that faithfully reflects and upholds the Tribe’s mission, vision, and values.

• Casino Gaming Technician (Slots/Electronic Games)

  Under the direction of the Supervisor - Gaming Technical, the Compliance Technician I effectively troubleshoots and repairs issues to support game integrity, while helping coordinate regulatory actions and participating in technical projects.

• Reservation Asset Protection Specialist (Guest Services)

  Under the direction of the Supervisor, Reservation Asset Protection, the Reservation Asset Protection Specialist is responsible for monitoring the security and Closed Circuit Television (CCTV) security systems of the Yuhaaviatam of San Manuel Nation Reservation and any additional Tribal buildings, as assigned. This position serves the Tribe by continuously observing, reporting, recording, and documenting all unusual and suspicious occurrences or deviations that occur.The Reservation Asset Protection Specialist exhibits a Tribe First mentality and aligns themselves with the goals and priorities of the Tribe in a manner that faithfully reflects and upholds the Tribe’s vision, mission and values.

• EMT (Security)

  Under supervision from the Supervisor, Emergency Medical Services (EMS), the Emergency Medical Technician (EMT) responds to emergency and non-emergency calls in and around the Casino and delivers high quality patient care and customer service within the prescribed scope of practice, established protocols, and company policies.

• Manager, Legal Operations (Administrative)

  Under the direction of Director, Legal Operations, the Manager, Legal Operations plays a key role in identifying, designing, implementing and reinforcing the processes and systems that are critical to the Legal department to ensure the day-to-day legal operations. This role uses Lean for Law techniques to ensure that the department is efficient and provides stellar services to internal and external clients. This role is responsible for operational management of legal technology systems, legal service provider/vendor management, e-billing, matter budget and accrual, matter lifecycle management, legal data base management, and data analytics and KPI reporting.
