• VIP Services Concierge (Guest Services)

  Under the direction of the VIP Services Management, the VIP Services Concierge will consistently elevate guest satisfaction by delivering exquisite service and creating memorable experiences for our high limit players at every opportunity. In this role, the successful individual will design and execute experiences pertaining to dining, hotel, entertainment, transportation, and special event reservations. The VIP Services Concierge will service the high-limit gaming areas by offering exclusive amenities, coordinating with hosts and servers to anticipate guest requests, and extend appreciation for guest loyalty through personalized service.

• EVS Attendant/ Casino Custodian (Housekeeping)

• Food and Beverage Attendant (Food & Beverage)

  Reporting to the Food & Beverage Supervisor, the Food & Beverage Attendant provides an exceptional guest experience while holding responsibility for ensuring an efficient flow of service within the buffet. This position serves as a team player while greeting guests, coordinates seating needs, maintaining cleanliness of assigned areas, as well as supporting the culinary team on the buffet line. • Casino Manager on Duty (General Manager)

  Under the direction of the Senior Manager of Customer Experience, the Casino Manager on Duty (MOD) is ultimately responsible for the guest experience on the casino floor. The MOD has a span of control over all casino floor operations including the ability to hold management-level team members accountable for their respective departmental impact on the guest experience.

  The Senior Manager Housekeeping (Assistant Director), works with/under the direction of the Director of Housekeeping, to oversee the day-to-day operations of the Hotel Housekeeping Department. 

• Reservation Security Captain (Food & Beverage)

  Under the direction of the VP, Tribal Community Services, the Reservation Security Captain is responsible for leading the day-to-day activities that encompass reservation security. This position follows the Tribe First strategic initiative to guide decisions and evaluate the diverse risks and threats facing the Tribe and the reservation. The Reservation Security Captain oversees the security for Tribal Citizens, guests, vendors, and team members on the reservation. This position serves the Tribe by utilizing acquired subject-matter expertise to assist in the development of the Tribal public safety strategy, ensuring its effective implementation, evaluating its suitability, and utilizing measures to strengthen them. The Reservation Security Captain directs a team that has special assignments such as executive protection, physical security, education security, and surveillance, as assigned. This is both a uniformed and non-uniformed, armed position, requiring compliance with all current California Bureau of Security and Investigative Services (BSIS) guidelines. This position ensures that critical safety and security services are provided in a business oriented, courteous, and professional manner.

• Manager of Surveillance Systems (Surveillance)

  Under the direction of the Director, Surveillance Technical, the Manager, Surveillance Systems is responsible for oversight of the installation, maintenance, stability, optimization, and integrity of surveillance system applications and supporting equipment and ensures compliance with state and federal surveillance requirements for the operation of gaming activities. The Manager, Surveillance Systems, is accountable for providing 24/7 technical support in response to enterprise needs and may be required to provide support beyond normal working hours.

  Reporting to the Manager, Human Resources, the Senior People Partner will provide exceptional customer support to all levels of the enterprise workforce in support of the Tribe’s vision, mission, and values. The Senior People Partner will play a critical role on the HR team to drive performance that aligns with the enterprise’s human capital strategy and will serve in an operational lead capacity, providing guidance to the People Partners on employee life cycle matters, employee retention and engagement, organizational design and workforce planning, employee and labor relations, and core management issues. This role will work in harmony and collaboration with internal HR stakeholders and stakeholders throughout the enterprise to drive a best in class team member experience.The Senior People Partner will promote a culture of accountability, lead others in adopting a coaching and development mindset while consistently role modeling behaviors that will reinforce the San Manuel Band of Mission Indians’ brand as the premier employer of choice. • Graphic Designer (Sales & Marketing)

  Under the direction of the Supervisor, Creative Services, the Graphic Designer is responsible for the creative development of designs, layouts and templates, and other marketing materials for our overall brand, print, and digital presentations across various platforms and deliverables for San Manuel, Yaamava’ Resort & Casino, and Palms Casino Resort.

• Account Services Specialist (Finance/Accounting)

  Under the direction of the Director of Marketing Services, the Account Services Specialist is responsible for project managing the creative services input and output, furthering the overall performance of the San Manuel. The candidate selected for this role identifies areas of improvement and enhances communication processes of marketing initiatives. The Account Services Specialist monitors progress on all creative requests and identifies potential opportunities in the market via feedback and analysis of market trends. The Account Services Specialist also champions the goals and priorities of the Tribe in a manner that faithfully reflects and upholds the Tribes vision, mission, and values.

• Provisioning Analyst (Technology/IT)

  The Provisioning Analyst will be responsible for processing all aspects of account creation/deactivation and user access requests at San Manuel and other tribal-owned properties. This position requires an understanding of user access mechanisms and proficiency in the use of various provisioning tools. This position will regularly interact with internal customers that include end-users, management, and HR thus requiring excellent customer service skills. Success means being highly organized, self-motivated, detail-oriented, and result-focused.

• Clerk of Court (Administrative)

  Under the direction of the Supervisor, Court Administration, the Clerk of Court is responsible for performing clerical duties for the Tribal Court including (but not limited to) case file management, preparation for court hearings, preparation of court minute orders, and other documents.  This role handles high confidential information in a professional and courteous manner.  The Clerk of Court supports the goals and priorities of the Tribe by reflecting and upholding the Tribal Court’s vision, mission, and values.

• Cultural Lands Specialist (Operations)

  Under the direction of the Manager of Cultural Lands and Ethnobotany within the Cultural Resources Management (CRM) Department, and as guided by the San Manuel Tribal Leadership, the Cultural Lands Specialist assists with the Department’s overall efforts to execute the Tribe’s heritage stewardship program via the culturally appropriate management of Serrano cultural resources and landscapes. The candidate selected for this role will support the Department’s Cultural Lands Management program in a way that applies the best scientific and technical processes while giving preeminence to the Tribe’s vision, mission, values, and cultural protocols. The incumbent will work collaboratively with CRM Department staff and stakeholders to facilitate field-based management efforts. These efforts include the planning and implementation of procedures related to the stewardship of on and off-Reservation culturally significant landscapes and specific properties that are owned and stewarded by the Tribe, as well as the facilitation of cooperative land management strategies with external entities across the territory.
