The Security Supervisor assumes the duties of Incident Commander as required.

Constantly assesses the Department’s developmental needs and actively searches, creatively designs and implements effective methods to educate and enhance officer performance. The Security Manager responds to all emergency incidents as required. The Security Manager will assume the duties of the Security Director in the absence of the Director. The Security Manager assumes the duties of Incident Commander as required. The Security Manager may assume duties as a Shift Manager if needed. The Security Manager Monitors, oversees and administers the day-to-day operations while enforcing the rules and regulations along with the policies and procedures and providing excellent customer service utilizing the Tesuque Proud Guest Service Standards.
