Job Overview: The Player Development Executive is responsible for driving incremental gaming revenue through acquisition and reactivation of high-level Asian players. The role is responsible for growing revenue of active players by assisting in development of events, programs and rewards that elevate desirability of Mystic Lake and Little Six Casinos for high worth Asian guests. The Player Development Executive role will foster relationships within both the local Asian community and gaming industry to help raise the profile and awareness of Mystic Lake and Little Six Casinos within those groups. This role is highly visible to known and prospective VIP guests and therefore requires high levels of professionalism, enthusiasm and support for the values set by the enterprise.

Required Experience:

• 5+ years of experience in casino player development or casino marketing.
• Must be bilingual in English and one Asian language (id. Cantonese, Mandarin, Vietnamese, etc.)
• Demonstrated understanding of and experience working with or within the Asian market.
• Proficiency in e-mail, word-processing, spreadsheets, presentation, and database software.
• Excellent interpersonal and group communication skills; proven proficiency in communicating effectively with diverse populations.
• Ability to think independently in making decisions to maximize the guest service experience.
• Ability to effectively manage time and perform multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Demonstrated success of strong relationship management and team building skills, with ability to influence team members within the Player Development and Marketing department.
• Desire to help build a culture that motivates and rewards Player Development team members for their efforts towards acquiring new business.
