To provide accurate database input and maintenance to the Human Resources Department utilizing HRIS Must possess excellent computer skills with advanced working knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel.

  • Previous accurate data entry experience is essential.
  • Experience including database input, report writing and administration
  • Knowledge of personal computer with experience in spreadsheets and word processing.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Must be goal oriented, self-motivated and organized with ability to perform well under pressure
  • Any combination of education, experience and training that provides the required knowledge, skills and abilities.  High School Diploma or GED required.  College degree preferred.
  • Must read, write, speak and understand English.

Essential Job Functions:

  • Input all new hire information into HRIS.
  • Update and maintain all Team Member personnel data information into the database.
  • Check in new hires prior to orientation ensuring all necessary documents are received and in order.
  • Communicate with Pala Gaming Commission and department managers regarding Team Member status changes and other appropriate information.
  • Process verifications of employment.
  • Tracking and processing pre-employment drug tests.
  • Maintains the highest degree of confidentiality.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.
