Summary
File HR correspondence, cards, invoices, receipts, and other records in alphabetical or numerical order. Locate and remove material from the file when requested. Maintains confidential files, records, and reports.
Essential Duties And Responsibilities include
- Sort and file documents alphabetically, by date, or by other criteria.
- Organize and maintain both paper and electronic HR Files and records.
- Files/records employee information in personnel records such as personal data, wage changes, performance evaluations, progressive disciplines, etc.
- Ensure the confidentiality and security of HR documents.
- Retrieve files and documents as requested by HR Staff.
- Makes copies of correspondence or other printed materials.
- Perform miscellaneous general office duties as needed.

Supervisory Responsibilities
This position does not have supervisory responsibilities.
- High school diploma or GED/equivalent
- Minimum of 1-2 year’s related experience as a file clerk or in a similar role.
- Good knowledge of MS Office.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality.
- Bilingual preferred.
