Position Summary:
Responsible for performing all duties associated with supply and distribution including but not limited toloading andunloading, storing, and shipping a wide variety of supplies and/or equipment to various departments within the Isleta Resort and Casino.

Isleta Resort and Casino Guest Service Agreement
All Team Members will display 100% commitment to World Class Guest Service through the delivery and maintenance of Guest Service Standards established by the Isleta Resort and Casino.

Essential Functions and Responsibilities: This list of tasks is illustrative ONLY and is not a comprehensive listing of all functions and tasks performed by positions in this class. - Prepares, conducts, and verifies inventory of warehouse items on a monthly basis.
- Distributes, both, internally and externally all mail and correspondences as required.
- Researches and corrects all out-of-balance conditions.
- Organizes, arranges, assembles, and delivers stock to storage areas and/or departments.
- Operates mechanized and electromechanical warehouse vehicles to include, but it is not limited to, warehouse tractors, forklifts, tugs, manned storage and retrieval vehicles, and high rise platform lifts.
- Uses automated equipment such as optical readers, scanners, and computer keyboards to load computerized inventory data, assess inventory information, and Fill Item Requisitions.
- Stacks, moves and arranges items on pallets considering height, weight and special handling requirements.
- Receives and processes all incoming shipments while following established procedures pertaining to when and how to report overages, shortages, and/or damaged conditions to supervisor or other person(s) responsible for such matters. Updates computer record balances with received and delivered PO’s, maintains receiving records.
- Picks-up, delivers and/or distributes mail and correspondence to the U.S. Post Office and various locations as required.
- Monitors activities on and around the receiving dock, maintains order, and notifies Security and/or Gaming Commission when required.
- Coordinates with Purchasing and Accounts Payable to assure all necessary documentation is completed in an accurate, timely, and professional manner.
- Ensures office and storeroom areas are clean, neat, and organized.
- Processes and independently completes shipping and receiving documents to ensure correctness of quantities, identification criteria, and labeling.
- Promotes and ensures an open and welcoming atmosphere that promotes skill enhancement.
- Greets internal and external guests, maintains a friendly and inviting atmosphere, and promotes positive guest relations through prompt, courteous, and efficient service.
- May be assigned to drive company vehicle on public roads, to and from Isleta Pueblo properties, and/or other destinations, during shift.
- Occasionally performs other duties as assigned.

Education and Experience:
- High School Diploma or General Education Degree (GED) equivalent, required.
- Must be able to obtain a forklift operation certification within 90 days of employment, required.

Special Requirements, Licenses, and Certification
- Must be able to acquire and maintain Gaming License issued through POIGRA.
- Must be able to successfully pass a pre-employment drug test and background investigation.
- Must be flexible with work schedule. Must be willing to work any days/hours as needed or required to meet business needs.
- Must maintain all Isleta Resort and Casino-wide educational and certification requirements.
- Must possess and maintain a valid New Mexico driver’s license. Should not have had a driver’s license revoked or suspended in the last three (3) years prior to the date of the Employment Application, acceptability will be determined by Risk Management. Driving records will be checked.

- Must be able to operate light and heavy-duty equipment, manual tools, power tools, manual pallet jack, push carts, and other material handling equipment.
- Must be knowledge of warehousing procedures, documentation, and assignments; receiving, storage, issue, shipping and quality control procedures; and regulatory and safety requirements acquired through formal training courses and/or on-the-job training for storage and movement of materials

Physical Demands and Work Environment:
- Must be able to maneuver in tight areas for extended periods of time.
- Must be able to lift, move, and place up to 75 pounds with assistance.
- Must be able to stand, walk, and/or sit for extended period of time.
- Must be able to move up to 100 pounds with assistance of a dolly.
- Must be able to use a hand truck to move loads up to 200 pounds from the receiving dock to destination.
Working Conditions:
Work is generally performed in, both, an indoor and outdoor Casino setting with exposure to second-hand smoke and a high noise level, and a high paced office setting. Possible expose to hazards, Blood Borne Pathogens, and unusual elements such as: dirt, dust, fumes, smoke, unpleasant odors, and/or loud noises. Moderate exposure to dangers and physical risks that may require the use of personal protective equipment (PEP) and may occasionally be required to work in coolers and freezers. Minimal inaction with external guests however, may interact with hostile and/or angry guests on occasion.
