Summary

The BSA/Title 31 Compliance Analyst will perform reviews and analytical tasks for the property to achieve compliance with BSA/TITLE 31 C.F.R. rules and regulations. This position will review gaming to determine whether regulatory reports are required to be filed in accordance with the Financial Crimes Enforcement Network (FinCEN) guidelines.

Essential Duties And Responsibilities include

• Responsible for gathering checks or markers of patrons who have not paid.
• Reviewing patron activity for minimal play for potential money laundering purposes.
• Reviewing and analyzing player rating data and MTL information for structuring of chip redemption to circumvent CTR reporting.
• Assist in the creation and filing of daily CTR reports.
• Conducts and documents in-depth analysis of key Casino business transactions to comply with FinCEN requirements.
• Reviewing and analyzing system-generated bill-in-reports to detect any potential bill stuffing with minimal or no play for potential money laundering purposes.
• Performing due diligence on casino patrons to determine whether large transactions funds may have been derived from illegal activity.
• Reviewing and analyzing marker issuance and front money deposit information to detect patrons who may be engaged in minimal or no play with money laundering intentions.
• Reviewing and analyzing any other available information that may aid in the determination of whether the casino has to file a Suspicious Activity Report (SAR).
• Uses Change Management techniques to assure a smooth transition to newly implemented concepts.
• Will assume additional responsibilities in the Collection Division of the Finance Department.

Supervisory Responsibilities                                           

This position has no direct supervisory responsibilities.

• High School Diploma or GED/equivalent.
• College experience preferred.
• Must be 21 years of age or older.
• 3 years of Casino audit experience
• Familiarity with gaming environment and T-31 preferred. 
• Must be able to lift and carry up to 50 lbs.
