Job Overview: The Manager, Club M Operations is responsible for managing the daily operations of Club M at Mystic Lake and Little Six Casinos, the Box Office, and Little Six retail space to ensure consistent, high quality guest experiences. This role is responsible for ensuring exceptional guest experience, executing on and off-site guest activations, partnering with other marketing and operational departments to drive guest loyalty.

Empower Your Future: The Work You’ll Lead:

  • In partnership with the Marketing Promotions team, responsible for execution of promotions (training and scheduling staff, execution of details, creation and distribution of post-promotion reports) at Mystic Lake and Little Six and off-property guest activation events.
  • Interviews, hires, onboards and develops team members; plans all training and development, manages all aspects of continuous performance management.
  • Operational duties include the execution of demand-based scheduling, ensures timekeeping and payroll are accurate and drives fairness, consistency and team member engagement.
  • Responsible for the generation of daily Club M reports to ensure the quality and accuracy of the data, conducts regular audits, issues error reports to team members and operations departments when information is not corrected or entered incorrectly.
  • Regularly reviews and makes recommendations for Club M procedures. Assists in the development of new procedures and makes recommendations as necessary.
  • Assists in the coordination and delivery of materials and information about Responsible Gaming.
  • Ensures appropriate inventories for all areas of responsibility and coordinates the movement of promotional materials/inventory.
  • Monitors tobacco sales and purchases to ensure compliance with contracts

Job Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, or related field and 3+ experience in event-planning or promotions OR 12+ years of equivalent experience.
  • 3+ years of indirect or 2+ years of direct people leadership experience. Preference for having managed hourly team members in an operational setting.
  • Experience with scheduling and onboarding highly desired.
  • Experience in casino marketing/promotions preferred.
  • Outstanding communication skills (verbal, written and presentation) with all levels of stakeholders.
  • Strong technical acumen & experience working with and training others on multiple systems.
  • Ability to manage time effectively, prioritize work and solve problems efficiently.
  • Comfortable adapting to change in a fast-paced, dynamic, and ambiguous environment.
  • Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively on cross-functional teams.
  • Willingness and ability to challenge the status quo.
  • This position requires regular work on nights and weekends.
