Summary Description
The IT Support Technician is responsible for supporting and maintaining in-house technology equipment and IT & AV assets. This includes installing, configuring, diagnosing, repairing, and upgrading all corporate hardware and equipment while ensuring its optimal performance. The person will also troubleshoot problem areas in a timely and accurate fashion and provide end user training and assistance where required.

Practices, supports, and maintains the Mission, Vision and Values of WarHorse Gaming, LLC.
Writes technical specifications for purchase of corporate technology equipment, networking hardware, and related products.
Assists in developing long-term strategies and capacity planning for meeting future hardware and corporate technology needs.
Aids in development of business continuity and disaster recovery plans, maintains current knowledge of plan executables, and responds to crises in accordance with business continuity and disaster recovery plans.
Identifies and delivers required hardware service levels according to company policies.
Liaises with 3rd party Audio/Visual team and provide overall AV support as needed.
Liaises with, and provide training and support to, end users and staff on equipment operation and other issues.
Installs, configures, tests, maintains, monitors, and troubleshoots end user and network hardware, peripheral devices, printing/scanning devices, presentation equipment, and other products, and associated end user software and networking software products.
Performs on-site analysis, diagnosis, and resolution of complex hardware problems for a variety of end users, and recommend and implement corrective solutions, including off-site repair as needed.
Receives and responds to incoming calls, pages, and/or e-mails regarding hardware problems.
Develops and maintains an inventory of all monitors, keyboards, hard drives, modems, printers, scanners, and other peripheral equipment.
Develops and maintains an inventory of all hubs, routers, switches, bridges, server boxes, cabling, and other networking equipment.
Documents instances of hardware failure, repair, installation, and removal.
Maintains up-to-date knowledge of hardware and equipment contracts and supervise contract-based installations.
Performs other tasks as assigned.
JOB SPECIFICATIONS: Education, experience, skills required, equipment used.
Must be 21 years or older.
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field, or MCSE.
Two (2) years’ experience in installing and troubleshooting Windows Operating Systems, Desktop Hardware, and Microsoft Products with experience in deploying and maintaining servers and network equipment in a Data Center.
One (1) year experience working in an Active Directory environment with systems tools such as a Wire Shark, Fluke Meter, Altiris, and Ghost.
Effectively communicate in English, both written and oral forms.
Previous experience working in a similar casino setting.
Previous experience with Gaming Systems, Table Game Systems, Cash Dispensing Systems, And Kiosk Technology

TRAVEL REQUIREMENTS: Travel is not required for this position.
WORK HOURS: Due to the unpredictable nature of the hospitality/entertainment industry, Team members must be able to work varying-schedules to reflect the business needs of the property.

Is this position responsible for selling, serving, or distributing alcoholic beverages or do they have comp authority? No
Gaming License Required? Ability to secure and maintain NE Gaming License.
Other Certifications? Certification (Microsoft, Cisco, A+, Network+) preferred
