Job Overview: Responsible for the strategic development, procurement and execution of marketing promotions and events to drive profitable Enterprise growth amongst current Club M members and to entice guests to sign up for a club membership at Mystic Lake and Little Six Casinos.

Job Requirements:

Reflects MINIMUMEDUCATION, TRAINING, CERTIFICATION and EXPERIENCE required in order to meet the expectations of this job:

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, or related field and 4+ experience in marketing promotions strategy.
  • 3+ years of indirect of 2+ years of direct people leadership experience.
  • Experience in casino marketing/promotions preferred.
  • Deep and broad experience in strategy (design, development and evaluation) and logistics (vendor relations, compliance with policy/procedures, execution) of promotions.
  • Outstanding communication skills (verbal, written and presentation) with all levels of stakeholders.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and strong organizational skills, ensuring tasks are completed accurately, efficiently, and on time.
  • Ability to manage time effectively, prioritize work and solve problems efficiently.
  • Comfortable adapting to change in a fast-paced, dynamic, and ambiguous environment.
  • Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively on cross-functional teams.
  • Willingness and ability to challenge the status quo.
  • This position requires some work on nights and weekends.

Mystic Lake Casino located in Prior Lake, MN. Mystic Lake offers a luxurious hotel, an indoor atrium pool and seven unique restaurants, including an award-winning buffet. Mystic Lake is conveniently located 25 minutes from downtown Minneapolis, Mall of America and the airport. The 125,000 square foot casino features 4,000 slots and 100 table games.

In 2018, Mystic Lake opened Mystic Lake Center, a new event space and hotel tower. Offering state-of-the-art technology, this 70,000- square-foot venue hosts groups of all sizes for conferences, expos, weddings and other events.
