Internship Overview: You'll be working for Minnesota’s premier casino resort and entertainment destination and have tons of fun throughout this summer internship. We focus on inspiring possibilities, fostering meaningful connections, and creating memorable experiences. During our 10 weeks, full-time internship you'll be working straight out of our Mystic Lake/Little Six Offices in Prior Lake, MN.

Throughout your summer you will participate in a variety of internship experiences from touring Hocokata Ti, our cultural center, to summer cookouts with your fellow interns, to a variety of networking events, there will be something to look forward to each week.

You’ll be a perfect fit if: You have a passion for safety and want to learn what it takes to keep guests and team members safe at a premier casino and resort destination. You’ll get hands-on with everything from mastering security protocols to learning the ins and outs of surveillance and supporting investigations. If you're curious about the behind-the-scenes of regulatory programs and love the idea of prepping for big events, this is your chance to shine. With responsibilities covering T31 reporting, risk management, health and safety, and access control, you’ll have plenty to keep you engaged all summer long. Internship Requirements:

• Currently enrolled in a post-secondary program pertinent to the department/team to which assigned.
• Basic level skills in word-processing, spreadsheets, or other tools standard to the department/team to which assigned.
• Demonstrated ability to work with others in a collaborative, team environment.
• Excellent organizational, verbal and written communication skills.
