Job Overview: The Supervisor, HR Operations is responsible for leading payroll and HR service center functions and team who support team members and employees as the first point of contact for HR inquiries, operational processes, and payroll operations. Ensure accurate, timely and compliant processing of payroll, bonuses, and other compensation related matters. Develop and oversee daily workflow, prioritization of work and management of team resources working collaboratively with HR functional leaders. Ensures team executes HR programs, policies and systems and delivers service that ensures an exceptional TM/Employee experience. Leads process improvement initiatives to optimize HR operational processes and payroll and ensures documentation and compliance standards are met.

Job Requirements:
Reflects MINIMUMEDUCATION, TRAINING, CERTIFICATION and EXPERIENCE required in order to meet the expectations of this job:
- Post-secondary education in related field.
- At least five years + of experience in a combination of payroll administration and HR operations experience including a minimum of 1 year people leadership experience.
- Strong customer service focus, continuous improvement mindset and experience leading process improvement initiatives.
- Expert knowledge of applicable wage and hour laws, and IRS laws and regulations pertaining to payroll processing.
- Knowledge and experience in payroll and timekeeping software UKG experience preferred.
- Proven communications, interpersonal and relationship-building capabilities.
- Highest level of integrity and ability to handle confidential and sensitive information with discretion.
