Position Summary
The Inventory Clerk maintains an accurate record of materials on-hand and on-order. They monitor all reorder points and initiates action to replenish stock. Reconciles discrepancies in inventories and notifies supervisor of irregularities

Essential Duties And Responsibilities
- Monitors and maintains current inventory levels.
- Enters purchase requisition requests to replenish inventory (stock).
- Performs requisition updates after deliveries are completed.
- Tracks orders and investigates problems.
- Performs physical count of inventory and reconciles actual stock count to computer-generated reports.
- Receives, unpacks, and verifies the accuracy of all requisition.
- Processes and/or approves invoices for payment.
- Processes and documents return as required following established procedures.
- Performs routine clerical duties, including data entry, answering telephones, and assisting internal customers.
- Punctual and regular attendance is an essential responsibility for all team members and are expected to report to work based upon the assigned schedule each day in accordance with the Attendance Policy for Pueblo of Sandia.

This position has Key Performance Indicators (KPI’s) identified as a measurement of success. KPI’s will be shared with all team members who work in this job title and feedback will be provided regarding the successful completion of the KPI’s as part of the performance review process.

9. Knowledge of basic math skills.
Education And Experience
Required
- High School Diploma or GED Certification.
- Two (2) years’ experience directly related to the duties and responsibilities specified.
- One (1) year’ experience in computer operation.
- Must be 18 years old.
Note: Relevant work experience or education may be substituted to satisfy education and/or work experience.
License/Certifications/Registrations
- Must be able to successfully pass a stringent background investigation.
- Will require a pre-employment and random drug screening.

Stooping
Bending body downward and forward by bending spine at the waist. This factor is important if it occurs to a considerable degree and requires full motion of the lower extremities and back muscles.

Expressing or exchanging ideas by means of the spoken word. Those activities in which they must convey detailed or important spoken instructions to other workers accurately, loudly, or quickly.

1. Work is performed indoors and outdoors. Outside work is subject to temperature extremes and inclement weather conditions.
2. Work hours subject to change with overtime work required.
3. Subject to hazards which may cause personal bodily harm; smoke; diseases; cuts bruises, burns, common cold, influenza, dust, odors and elevated noise levels.
4. Tasks may be performed on uneven, inclined, hard and soft carpeted floors, cement structures and surfaces.
