Summary
Under general supervision to perform a variety of duties in the general support of the Engineering Department and all Engineering department staff. Interact with Engineering staff, vendors, and management staff and communicate and coordinate work from other departments.
Essential Duties And Responsibilities include
- Check and monitor employee attendance, vacation schedules, and sick time. Make appropriate corrections to Nova Time System. Generate reports of pay periods.
- Enter data into Engineering Management System and monitor data for accuracy.
- Track Engineering expenses for all budgets and initiate reports to management.
- Initiate requisitions for purchase of supplies and materials as required. Assist in obtaining pricing and or vendors for purchases. Track all purchases to ensure delivery has been received. Monitor all purchases to ensure compliance with budget allocations. Verify all receiving documents and invoices are accurate.
- Maintain all Engineering files and confidential literature related to the Engineering Department.
- Schedule and coordinate all outside vendor activities related to the Engineering Department and/or other Resort areas and special events.
- Prepare reports and maintain logbooks as required.

This position does not have supervisory responsibilities.
- Must have a full working knowledge of all activities and procedures for the operation of the Engineering Department.
- Knowledge of trades and staff assigned to trades and their capabilities within the Engineering Department.
Education And/Or Experience
- High school diploma or general education degree (GED).
