Position Summary
Reviews, analyzes and evaluates casino systems and user needs. Provides gaming systems assistance to users. Assists and follows the directions of the Gaming System Analyst II.

Essential Duties And Responsibilities
- Ensures 100% of the Slot Maintenance Records have the correct and complete manufacturer PAR sheet on file.
- Ensures that 100% of the manufacturer PAR Sheet data is entered into the slot data system for all Slot Maintenance Records.
- Ensures that the tracking of support calls to vendors is properly documented and communicated within 2 days of the initial support call. Tracks 100% of all problem resolutions and acts as a liaison between our users and the vendor.
- Maintains inventory of all Gaming System end user parts and components and maintains appropriate inventory levels.
- Produces all Monthly and Quarterly reports according to NIGC standards and Sandia Resort & Casino Internal Controls and Standard Operating Procedures.
- Ensures that all gaming interfaces are restarted and operational at all times of the gaming day.
- Punctual and regular attendance is an essential responsibility for all team members and are expected to report to work based upon the assigned schedule each day in accordance with the Attendance Policy for Pueblo Sandia.

This position has Key Performance Indicators (KPI’s) identified as a measurement of success. KPI’s will be shared with all team members who work in this job title and feedback will be provided regarding the successful completion of the KPI’s as part of the performance review process.

- Must have knowledge of Casino operations and related systems.
- Working knowledge of the following areas preferred: Bingo, Keno, and Poker.
- Ability to create reports and maintains files.
- Knowledge of operation of slot data systems.
- Working knowledge of the following applications: Windows Server, Microsoft Office, Active Directory and other casino software solutions.
- Ability to follow instructions.
- Ability to work well with others.
Education And Experience
Required
- Associates Degree in Information Systems, CIS (Computer Information Systems), Computer Science, Information Technology (IT) or related field.
- One (1) year administrative experience of a slot data system.
- One (1) year experience related to slots and table games systems.
- Any combination of education from an accredited college or university in a related field and/or direct experience in this occupation totaling four (4) years may substitute for the required education and experience.
Note: Relevant work experience or education may be substituted to satisfy education and/or work experience.
License/Certifications/Registrations
- Must be able to obtain and maintain the required STGC Gaming License.
- Will require a pre-employment and random drug screening.
