Internship Overview: You'll be working for Minnesota’s premier casino resort and entertainment destination and have tons of fun throughout this summer internship. We focus on inspiring possibilities, fostering meaningful connections, and creating memorable experiences. During our 10 weeks, full-time internship you'll be working straight out of our Mystic Lake/Little Six Offices in Prior Lake, MN.

Throughout your summer you will participate in a variety of internship experiences from touring Hocokata Ti, our cultural center, to summer cookouts with your fellow interns, to a variety of networking events, there will be something to look forward to each week.

You’ll be the perfect fit if: You want to be a part of the team that is responsible for driving efforts to improve our guest experience (GX), thereby promoting greater guest retention, positive word of mouth and overall business growth. You like engaging with people to make recommendations based on what they are looking for. You possess excellent attention to detail, along with strong skills in PowerPoint and Excel. Your communication abilities are diverse, including both written and verbal de-escalation techniques. If creating ad hoc surveys for major summer events and seeing them through to presenting the survey findings is something you’d be great at - this summer internship is for you!

Internship Requirements:

• Currently enrolled in a post-secondary program pertinent to the department/team to which assigned.
• Basic level skills in word-processing, spreadsheets, or other tools standard to the department/team to which assigned.
• Demonstrated ability to work with others in a collaborative, team environment.
• Excellent organizational, verbal and written communication skills.
