Assists the RV Manager in all aspects of front desk functions and daily operations in accordance with RV Resort standards. Directs, implements, and maintains a high standard of guest service and management philosophy, serving as a guide to respective Team Members. Reports directly to the RV Manager and director of Non-Gaming Business Ops.

Essential Job Functions

• A clear understanding as it relates to all functions of the RV Resort registration system application
• Train, coach, and develop front-desk Team Members in the absence of RV Manager or Director of Non-Gaming Business Ops.
• Assists with the operation of the RV Resort
• Ensure productivity and efficiency of the RV Resort front-desk staff
• Responsible for registration and settling of guests accounts
• Responsible for the correct handling of RV groups on arrival, account instructions, and departures
• Knowledge of RV Resort sites’ availability at all times, for future and present dates
• Ensure that all front-desk Team Members are aware of the RV Resort site availability
• Ensure all Team Members are adhering to company policies and procedures and RV Resort service standards
• Proper channeling of all guests complaints received according to RV Resort procedures
• Proper balancing of shift check-out procedures as it relates to credit card and cash sales
• Ensure “Welcome” packets are completed for guest arrival
• Ensure guests are provided with the highest quality of service at all times
• Verify proper registration of vehicle access to RV Resort
• Help control payroll costs, ensure sufficient coverage at all times
• Ensure the RV Resort is properly equipped with office, cleaning, and maintenance supplies
• Regularly monitor appearance and uniforms of Team Members
• Check all e-mail correspondence and ensure procedures for managing inquires and requests are processed promptly
• Control site occupancy to prevent over-booking and ensuring guest availability
• Ensure operating equipment is always in perfect working condition
• Constantly be alert for new ideas and standardize procedures to improve the efficiency of Team Members
• Assists guests promptly and courteously with transportation services to/from Pala Casino West Entrance/RV Resort
• Follows all policies related to all vehicle; inspection, cleanliness, disinfecting, well-stocked and in good working order
• Perform other duties as assigned
