Come join all the excitement at Mystic Lake Casino as a Maintenance and Engineering Coordinator! In this role, you will be the administrative record keeper for all Engineering and Maintenance documentation and will coordinate activities for the departments to include training, team member appreciation events, and department communications.

Job Overview: Coordination of Master Safety Testing documentation to include following up with vendors and supervisors to ensure documentation is provided for essential testing of life safety systems. Responsible for ordering supplies and equipment to assist in department operations. Coordination of Engineering/Maintenance functions. Coordinates department training and team member events. Record keeper for Environmental Protection Agency documentation. Coordinates the License reimbursement program. Gathers and collates reports for Power, Natural Gas and Garbage Disposal. Develops and refines Generator and Refrigeration programs. Develops Standard Operating Procedures for routine Maintenance and Engineering tasks. Record keeper for Safety Metrics documentation. Coordinates and assists in new hire training and orientation. Any other tasks as assigned.

Job Requirements:

Reflects MINIMUMEDUCATION, TRAINING, CERTIFICATION and EXPERIENCE required in order to meet the expectations of this job:

• High School graduate or GED.
• Must be at least 18 years of age or older.
• Must be able to read, write, and speak English clearly.
• Basic knowledge in Engineering/Maintenance equipment and processes.
• Proficiency in Microsoft products.
• Experience with Computerized Maintenance Management System

Responsibilities: Collates documentation and records for Utilities (Electricity/Natural Gas and Waste Disposal). Responsible for budget and finance reporting and assisting in the development of budgets
