Position Summary
Under the supervision of the Sandia Fuel Manager. Direct overall supervision of sales team members. Coordinates work schedules, opening and closing duties, customer service, training, motivation, and enforcing policy and procedures.

Essential Duties And Responsibilities
- Greets customers cordially and professionally.
- Assists Gift Shop and Smoke Shop Coordinators with the development and training of sales team members.
- Customer relations; assistance and interaction with customers. Coordination of all sales and customer inquiries.
- Promotes interaction with customers to educate and create positive sales.
- Coordinates with Sandia Fuel Manager to develop/maintain point of sale training, maintaining policy and procedures of handling customer transactions.
- Coordinates with accounting for assistance with problems associated with daily reports, sales drawer, cash over/short, and data entry verification, inventory verification.
- Coordinates with purchasing; develops/maintains product information that is necessary for effective sales presentation, display and merchandising of products.
- Inventories all orders when they are delivered.
- Punctual and regular attendance is an essential responsibility for all team members and are expected to report to work based upon the assigned schedule each day in accordance with the Attendance Policy for Pueblo of Sandia.

Education And Experience
Required
- High School Diploma, GED Certification or equivalent.
- Five (5) years retail experience.
Note: Relevant work experience or education may be substituted to satisfy education and/or work experience.
License/Certifications/Registrations
- Must be able to successfully pass a stringent background investigation.
- Will require a pre-employment and random drug screening.
