Essential Duties And Responsibilities
- Assists the Bingo Manager in each of the following:
- Responsible for entire Bingo Hall operations when on duties.
- Assist in the planning and implementation of policies, rules and directives to accomplish department objectives. Improving and standardizing house rules and procedures.
- Direct supervision of all bingo employees.
- Plans, schedules, and assigns daily duties.
- Ensures customers receive excellent customer service.
- Interview, hire, train, motivate, discipline and discharge employees as necessary.
- Oversee and prepare reports regarding sales, expenditure and games.
- Provide information on pricing, advertising and strategies on marketing Bingo operations.
- Assist in forecasting and budgeting expenditures and revenues for the department.
- Maintain equipment and control of all Bingo equipment as well as protect all sensitive equipment.
- Assist with the development and implementation of all policies and procedures to ensure the integrity of each game.
- Plan and coordinate Bingo game schedules within the different departments.
- Develop and monitor transportation procedures, regarding bus companies, payout records, and submission of these records to the Accounting Department for processing.
- Establish and maintain effective business relationships with vendors.
- Deals effectively with customer problems/complaints. Make yourself readily available during matinee and evening sessions.
- Establish internal operating procedures with Surveillance and Security and take any additional safeguards as necessary to protect Tribal assets, customers, Casino employees and Casino property.
- Perform additional duties and responsibilities as necessary or assigned.
- Punctual and regular attendance is an essential responsibility for all team members and are expected to report to work based upon the assigned schedule each day in accordance with the Attendance Policy for Pueblo Sandia.
Additional Responsibilities
- Provides immediate supervision to front line Team Members.
- Sets business parameters and delegates day-to-day tasks to achieve operational objectives.
- Provides guidance, training, counseling, recognition, and ongoing feedback, primarily to non-exempt staff members.
- Delegates and assigns duties to the reporting staff in a clear and concise manner and set expectations for performance excellence.
- May support management in the completion of administrative responsibilities.
- Maintains a positive attitude and outlook and encourages the team to gain support and create a positive morale. Creates an environment of teamwork, by communicating common goals, and showing appreciation for Team Members contributions and on-going support. Demonstrates relevant experience in the industry or field, often including previous roles in leadership or supervisory positions.
Key Performance Indicators
This position has Key Performance Indicators (KPI’s) identified as a measurement of success. KPI’s will be shared with all team members who work in this job title and feedback will be provided regarding the successful completion of the KPI’s as part of the performance review process.

- Knowledge of all Bingo gaming equipment.
Education And Experience
Required
- High School Diploma, GED certification or equivalent.
- Must be at least 21 years of age.
- One (1) year of Gaming experience including six (6) months in a supervisory capacity.
- Must possess and maintain a valid, unrestricted New Mexico Driver’s License.
- Must be able to read, write and speak English fluently.
Note: Relevant work experience or education may be substituted to satisfy education and/or work experience.
License/Certifications/Registrations
- Must be able to obtain and maintain the required STGC Gaming License
- Will require a pre-employment and random drug screening.
