Position Summary
Under general supervision, performs activities in support of the property food outlets. May work interchangeably as dictated by business.

Essential Duties And Responsibilities
- Provides excellent customer service and establishes guest perception of restaurant service that is “Far from Ordinary”.
- Ensures tables are cleaned thoroughly within 5 minutes of guests departing and set up properly in a timely and complete manner.
- Assists servers with pre-bussing tables during service as well as assisting with beverage service as assigned.
- Participates in Daily Stand-Up Meetings to ensure property communication is understood.
- Timely completion of computer assisted training as required.
- Performs and maintains cleanliness of dining areas and work areas at all times.
- Transports trash to proper disposal areas as required.
- Keeps all areas fully stocked and organized as assigned.
- Transports clean and soiled dishes to appropriate areas.
- Ensures that health and safety regulations are maintained and adhered to at all times.
- Performs additional duties and responsibilities as necessary or assigned.

Education And Experience
Required:
1. Must be at least 18 years of age.
Preferred:
1. High School Diploma, GED certification or equivalent.
2. Experience in restaurant or food service capacity.
License/Certifications/Registrations
- Must be able to successfully pass a stringent background investigation.
- Will require a post-offer, pre-employment and random drug screening.
- Must successfully complete the New Mexico Food Handlers course upon hire.

Balancing

Kneeling
Bending legs at knee to come to a rest on knee or knees.

This factor is important if it occurs to a considerable degree and requires substantial use of upper extremities and back muscles. Must be able to lift 100 lbs. occasionally, 50 lbs. frequently and demonstration of this ability required.

Pushing
Using upper extremities to press against something with steady force to thrust forward, downward, or outward.

The ability to perceive the nature of objects by the eye.
Walking
Job requirements include, in the performance of duties, walking throughout the work area, on uneven, inclined, hard and soft carpeted floor, cement structures and surfaces.

Stooping

- Duties are performed indoors with certain outdoor activity as required. Outdoor duties are subject to temperature extremes and inclement weather.
- Subject to potential hazards such as cleaning solvents and cleaning compounds.
- Subject to potential hazards such as heights, motorized equipment, and hand tools.
- Additional potential hazards include exposure to infections, diseases, fumes, odors, dust, mist, and gases.
- Duties may involve walking, climbing, crawling, standing for long periods of time, sitting, crouching, kneeling, running, and the ability to assume prone position.
- Work hours subject to change with overtime work required as approved by management.
- Must be able to work long hours under stressful conditions.
